Honda North was established in 1991 having been originally located on Albany highway in Cannington from 1987 which at that time was called Brian Gardner Honda.  Since the early days in Osborne Park with the success of Honda, Honda North has continued to grow.  Now with over 70 staff including 20 in Sales, 32 in service 5 in parts and 13 in administration.  We are consistently in the top 3 in Australia.

Brian Gardner has been a prominent figure in the car industry in Perth for over 40 years and has been involved with Honda for 20 years.  Brian operates his businesses under the following principals: honesty, quality, professionalism & customer satisfaction.

They have a customer service van that will drop you off and pick you up (to a train station or home if you live locally) I phoned an RAC approved car mechanic and it was going to cost me just over $100 more than at Honda North. I thought it would have been the other way around! The price was really resonable. They phone you before they do any changes to your car, even minor things. they send you out a text the day before to remind you that your car is booked in friendly people to deal with the lady driver of the service bus that drops you home would have to be one of the nicest customer service people i have ever come acrossthey didnt write me down in the diary and luckily i phoned the day before to double check that my car was booked in the next daythey are pretty decent and reliable

There isn't any good points. So far all encounters have been bad.The took our car in for check up and it came back with a deep scratch and protruding bumper. They said they'll fix it for free since they damaged it in the first place, but when they 'fixed' the car the first time, the bumper was still scratched and not fitted properly. A few weeks later and the car is still not fixed.. Nor any compensation given for say, petrol used to send the car back and forth numerous times.Very bad customer service. We've already had a bad experience with Honda North when we bought our car a few years ago, and after this horrible event I hope to never send my car there ever again!
