| There are no good words to be said about Auto Masters group in general, and Automasters Joondalup in particular | We took our car to them for a service. They broke it so badly it had to be towed to a specialist. We had to pay for the service and the specialist's (temporary) repair. Cost us a HUGE amount of money we could ill afford. It was all arranged so cunningly that we have no recourse. Auto Masters Joondalup, Auto Masters Franchise and the specialist closed ranks to cover each others' backs. Use them at your own risk! | Thoughts: Dishonest, cunning, lying. Obfuscation, misrepresentation, devious. PS: The cherry on the top: - they didn't even finish the service they were originally PAID to do, and they didn't replace the window-sticker reminder or even stamp the service booklet. | ||
