| NOTHING POSITIVE FROM MY POINT OF VIEW | TOOK THE MONEY - DID A LOUSY JOB, DID'T FIX ANYTHING - RANG AND TRIED TO MAKE A BOOKING - TOLD NOT NECESSARY AND JUST DROP IN - TOOK IT BACK IN THE FOLLOWING MORNING ABOUT 11:00 - TOLD TO LEAVE IT OR COME BACK LATER - ASKED IF 4:00 OR 5:00PM WAS OK TO COME BACK - TOLD ME HE COULDN'T GUARANTEE IT COULD BE LOOKED AT THAT DAY. Yes, I paid my money and had no recourse at all it seemed. Not interested in customer service. What can you do but say to yourself, "Do I really want this mob trying to rectify their work ? - NO". Certainly not with that attitude. "DON'T BOTHER WAS MY FINAL REPLY" and walked away with my dignity intact anyway ! GOT ANOTHER CROWD TO RECTIFY THEIR WORK AND MORE FOR THE SAME MONEY AND YES, EVERYTHING NOW WORKS WELL ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUTOCO (Belconnen) to anyone, even for a lawn mower repair !
