Overall:

Safe Quiet despite the number of people that live in Wembley. Got a small gourmet shop but can be a bit expensive.

Lots of students and blocks of units. Not enough public transport to some of the areas in Wembley. No major shops within walking distance.

Ok to live here if you were renting. I personally wouldn't buy a house in the area near Herdsman Parade as it is inundated with units.
