Overall:

This is a beautifully maintained suburb. Seems to be a family community. Everyone who I have stopped to chat to so far have been extremely pleasant and friendly. Quiet suburb but not too far from other suburbs if you like to go out to restaurants etc. Small IGA and other small shops like the video shop. Plenty of parks and a few lakes.

Not many shops. Some of the houses can be a little pricey.

Beautiful suburb. Great if you've got children as there are lots of parks and I've heard good things about the primary school in this area.
