Overall:

Close to transport, shops, Swan River, wineries along Swan Road, football ovals, cricket ovals, the airport, etc. Everything is close by!

It's becoming very popular so housing prices have shot through the roof. And given the development happening, there's no sign of this turning around in the near future.

A great suburb to live. Lots of history to Guildford, lots a nice space and reserves to explore.
