Overall:

Central to everything Beautiful park, near the beach. Very family orientated.

The teenagers driving recklessly occasionaly along local streets. Certain pockets - break ins

Love the coultersacks but not the laneways/ pathways in them

Overall:

Clean suburb. The ocean breeze that comes in in the afternoon. People maintain their gardens and houses. Loads of parks - great if you've got kids or dogs. Lots of shops and main centres nearby ie, Warwick and Innaloo.

Certain roads being used by hoons as drags for racing. Prices of houses are steep.

Nice, great if you've got the money to spend it's a good suburb to live in. I have house sat in this suburb and thoroughly enjoyed the presence.
