Good area to raise children. Plenty of room Great walking tracks Good primary school Nice neighbours Good houses Quiet

the cost of buying can be very expensive. You do get used to not having a shopping centre close by, but at first it is unusual.

a great suburb to raise your children, good city views and a good community.
