Overall:

leafy, quiet, close to great restaurants and foodstores in Sassafras, Olinda, belgrave and Kallista, good public transport (trains and buses), local village of shops where everyone is very friendly, good schools nearby and good sports amenities, affordable.

Possible threat of bush fire in summer, commute on train to Melbourne CBD is about 1 hour.

Great place to live!
