Overall:

very close to the city, lots of little cafes and boutiques to go through, the jam factory on chapel street is also good. melbourne is just a great state to live in!

price price price! chapel street also attracts P platers in their crap cars playing their doof doof music over friday and saturday nights.

great if you can afford it. lots of little apartments being built in high rises close to the yarra river near the church street bridge so if you get in early you might get lucky
