Overall:

There are lots of good things about living here, there are 6 primary schools within 3km, a great shopping centre that is not huge at Waverley Gardens, a few parks, normally pretty quiet, friendly neighbours. People who live here are mostly working class and most of their children have left home. Close and easy access to the South Eastern freeway and the new Eastlink. Hospitals are not that far away.

We get young men from outside the area hooning around on the border of the suburb in their cars.

We like it here. The area is improving, we were able to buy a house that we could afford and renovate it to what is a decent house. I do have good neighbours who are not nosey or noisey.
