Overall:

Waterside localation and leafy nature. Very family area with a good shopping centre, cafe's, heaps of parks and a 30 minute train trip to Sydney CBD.

A tad to close to Mortdale(neigbouring low-socio economic suburb) and Hurstville (large ethnic enclave).

A top little place! Great village feel, where everybody cares about there soroundings.
