| at 8.5 kg capacity it takes a lot of clothes and does an excellent wash. i find it best suits my needs running at short 30 minute cycles. its also made in italy so thats supposed to be a good thing? | seems to leak at times although I believe this is due to a faulty tap connection in my laundry. also could benefit from better child lock protection if you have curious young kids who like to press a lot of buttons | no problems at all although if i had the money and could afford it i would look at a maytag! | ||

| keeps repairmen in business | Is only a few months old has broken down twice. Whirlpool said they would replace it. I as my right under consumer laws wanted a refund. Initially they said no.I also asked for the money to be rembursed that it cost me to wash my clothes at the laundrmat they initially said no, but then offered me about a quarter of what it cost me. They said they would replace my machine if I signed a disclaimer with one condition saying I would make no further claim against whirlpool(what it cost me at the laundrmat). I said no.I have now rented a washing machine and will not give in | Dont buy a whirlpool. | ||

| 8.5kg great for big family | $1200 price tag. First load we did did not drain properly and left it half filled with water, not happy jan. Second load we got error code F25 - electrical module fault. Instructions say to switch it off and on again, then press the drain button,.. but we will be taking the stupid thing back tomorow. this kind of thing should not happen to brand new washer. WE should be able to set it, load it and switchit on, returning an hour or so later to find the washing done!Not keep resetting, and draining. Not impressed whirpool, get your act together. | We will never be buying a whirlpool product again, time is too short to be stuffing round with your washing. | ||
