| Washes well but then again we don't have many very dirty articles to wash. | only two cold washes. One is 2.5Kg max and the other 3.5Kg max load. Does not spin the clothes very dry. I usually have to put towels and sheets on extra spin which takes more energy and I bought it for its energy rating.Heavy loads have very long cycle. Spin cycle won't spin some articles. | Would love to change it for something else. | ||

| Looks good (but don’t judge a book by it’s cover). Lots of cycle options and features for the price. | DAMAGES CLOTHES. Poor wash quality. Faulty. Poor service from the F&P customer support line. Technicians are under-qualified. | Steer clear of this machine. Ours was faulty and had to be replaced within a few days. We said "no thanks" and bought a Bosch. F&P Top Loaders are good (we had one previously) but they just don't do Front Loaders well. I gave it a "Very Good" rating in value for money because you get good size and features for the price. But it is a crap machine. So don't buy it. | ||

| Has short wash times and easy to use. | Doesn't remove stains, be prepared to soak everything first. If you have a dog or a partner who is going bald or even just normal hair fall get used to everything having hair ALL over it. | I feel like taking it to the rubbish tip in frustration. I have started to covert my mum's Miele and in fact now take my washing to her place all the time just so I have clean washing. The only thing stopping me from doing all my washing there is that she lives an hour away. | ||

| Easy to move, not heavy | Does not spin clothes very well, the 7kg capacity is misleading. Broke down after 3 years which is poor because it was not cheap | Not recommended | ||
