| Webb & Brown-Neaves Homes was started in 1978 by its founding director Garry Brown-Neaves. Today, Garry still heads up the company and takes an interest in every home that we build. Our success has been built around our goal of building high quality homes at a fair and reasonable price. Customer service has been the cornerstone of all that we do and we focus our resources in delivering the best possible service to every client. Our excellent reputation has been built by consistently delivering these homes and proudly standing by them. We build a vast range of homes from modest single storey homes in many of Perth's newest estates right through to three storey homes gracing some of Perth's finest real estate. The choice of styles and designs is only limited by your imagination. As one of the first builders in Perth to offer an individual "design and construct" service we are able to offer our clients a new home from our range of display homes or a totally custom designed home from our award winning inhouse design team. Today, Webb & Brown-Neaves have a large team of people working towards our goals and sharing our passion for quality construction and excellence in service. We have recently been awarded the Housing Industry Association's Most Professional Home Builder Award for Western Australia and Australia, and also the Master Builders Association award for Excellence in Customer Service. | Good designs and liveable homes | Client relations, communication, willingness to admid fault and rectify issues | Generally all builders are the same. I thought by paying a premium price, I would get a premium product and a premium service. I was very wrong! Next time I will be looking for a design and it will win on its price now that I know its all in the marketing! | ||

| A very classy building company with exceptional high standards/excellent staff & trades. | Nothing about them was bad | Couldn't be more accomodating whilst in the process of building my house. I can assure you I was quite trying at times due to changing my mind but the staff were very helpful & efficient. Thank you Webb Brown Neaves staff & trades for making my dream come true! I would not hesitate to recommend them to future home builders. | ||
