| excellent service - the lady went out of her way when setting up an account for me and was thorough with explaining everything to me they're always friendly online banking is easy to use and understand | some places not enough tellers around sometimes phoning customer service you get people who dont speak very good english which can be frustrating | really good bank to be with they will work to suit your needs | ||
