Grand Royal Barbers are modern men’s salons based in the heart of Sydney. Established in 1999, owners Maria Dillon and Steve Salecich saw that Sydney was in desperate need of an upmarket modern barbershop.

The salons features original 1940’s barber chairs and other barbershop memorabilia passed down from Steve’s great, great grandfather. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with highly skilled staff and great music. Now firmly established as leading the way, GRB have successfully taken the very best aspects of traditional grooming, combing them with the latest technics seen in modern styles. They have put a twist on the old and moved the barbershop into the 21st century. The shops have been featured in T.V ads, photo shots and more recently launched The Month Movember to the Sydney press. In January 2008 the Darlinghurst salon hosted Haircuts by Children in conjunction with the Sydney Festival. GRB have also been featured in the following publications, GQ, Men’s Health and the Sunday Telegraph.

Complimentary scalp massages and hot towels are offered with every style cut. Appointments are taken though a walk in service is very welcome.
