Newton Moore Education Support Centre (ESC) provides an integrated program for students in the Bunbury Education District. The Centre is a partner school on the Newton Moore Senior High School (SHS) campus. The campus currently draws students primarily from South Bunbury ESC and other local primary schools.

The school buildings have been incorporated into Newton Moore SHS to enhance the inclusion of students with disabilities into the school community. The specialised teaching skills and the combined experience of the staff ensure that the school can provide students with a more comprehensive program than other non-specialised settings.

There are eight teaching staff at Newton Moore ESC. The average teaching experience is over 10 years and the majority of teaching staff have permanent status. All teachers are qualified as Special Needs educators, with 2 holding Senior Teaching status.

Non-teaching staff include a Registrar, Library Officer, Social Trainers and Education Assistants. All Social Trainers and Education Assistants are fully qualified and have Level 3 status.

Newton Moore ESC, in partnership with Newton Moore SHS, runs a successful integration program. Students are integrated according to need and student interest.

This year, our Year 11 and 12 students are accessing South West Regional College of TAFE courses as part of their studies, choosing between Horticulture, Building and Construction and Kitchen Operations. This is proving to be a highly successful program, with students accessing career-specific courses while still having the support of the Centre's staff, programs and facilities.
