Our small, rural secondary school is set in excellent grounds next to the Broken Creek, and enjoys facilities equal to much larger institutions.
I.T. has been a focus for many years and our student access to computers is very high. In the junior school our Year 6-7 Orientation Program, happening over 6 weeks, is a model for other schools. A strong ethos of choice coupled with guidance for families underpins our middle school program, which uses a modified VMG system.
In the senior levels, our unit offerings are broadened by a common campus arrangement with St. Mary's, next door, and students can select from subjects at both schools in years 11 and 12.
Subject offerings are supported by H320 videoconferencing equipment.
VET subjects are also offered, with particular emphasis on I.T. Certificate III.
Work Experience, excursions and camps are integral parts of the school program.
There are regular trips to or visits from Indonesia or Japan, the two langauages taught at our school.
