Carwatha College is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 integrated campus. It is situated on the borders of Noble Park North, Mulgrave and Dandenong North. It has a large multi-cultural student population drawn from a variety of feeder pre-schools and primary schools. Carwatha College was formed in October 1993 from the merger of Carwatha Secondary College and Noble Park North Primary School.

The major aim of the College is to cater for the developmental needs of all students from Prep to Year 12 in a caring and nurturing environment that facilitates and promotes success and achievement. The school community places strong emphasis on developing and maintaining positive, mutually supportive relationships between students, teachers and parents. Core values revolve around the College motto 'Learning Together' and the important aims of 'academic success, leadership development and personal growth'.
