| Box Forest College is situated in Glenroy approximately 15 km to the north west of the Melbourne's central business district. The college is on the boundary between the Hume and Moreland councils and is in a predominately residential area. This area of Melbourne has an ageing population which has caused declining school enrolments over the last ten years. This has necessitated considerable reorganisation of the area's secondary schools over the past five years. Box Forest was created as a four campus school at the end of 1992 from the amalgamation of five secondary schools. Two further reorganisations have resulted in the present configuration of one 7 to 12 campus and a much smaller KODE campus. February 2005 enrolment was approx 590 students. | ||||
