| Two Rocks is the northernmost suburb of Perth, located 61 kilometres north of Perth's central business district. The suburb contains a marina development and was, from 1981 until 1990, the home of Atlantis Marine Park and the hub of the Yanchep Sun City development. The current population is approximately 3,000, with a great deal of future development planned for the area. Two Rocks Primary School commenced in January 2007 on site at Yanchep District High School with 100 students. In June 2007 the school moved to its permanent site and opened with 140 students. The school has a strong IT focus with interactive whiteboards and a bank of computers in each classroom. There are currently over 20 dedicated staff members who provide innovative programs and a supportive learning environment to ensure that all our students have the opportunity to achieve success. Both teaching and non-teaching staff, are continually updating their skills. The school is supported by a small but dedicated group of parents who participate in the School Council, Parents and Citizens group, canteen, and assist in classrooms and on excursions. | ||||
