| Staff culture of commitment to the kids. A centre of wider community life in Banksia Grove. More intimate relationships across staff, student, class, & age spectrums. Great partnerships with local and government networks and resources. Chaplaincy. | Some hard-case families, and associated problems with the kids acting out at school. | I send my kids there. Problem kids are more about problems at home, than about the school. But the school does support families in difficulty really well. And you can meet parents there. They had a dads day for K&P kids, and about 50 dads turned out. That's awesome. A new breed of involved parents. We like it. | ||

| Staff are lovely. Facilities are modern and up to date and well maintained. Headmaster always on hand to speak to. Teachers playing sports with the kids during recess, the children love it. Chaplaincy | Children get hardly any to no homework most of the time. level of learning compared to the UK is approximately 3 years behind. | It's an ok school although the amount of actual education my children is getting are limited. I am concerned that when they do get to high school there is going to be tremendous problems because they are not used to that level of work. Some rough families, but you can get that anywhere. | ||

| The principle Mr Lewis is absolutely fantastic with the kids. Brings a smile to everyone's face. All the teachers are doing a great job in teaching. | Could not say one bad thing about the school. | Would definitely recommend this school to anyone i meet. Compared to other schools Mr Lewis really encourages the kids to do their best and get them involved. Even to get the rest of the family involved. | ||

| Staff are great very involved with children, Support for children and families is availible when needed. School facilities are new and these seems to be updated when needed. new rooms have been made to accomodate more children and class numbers dont seem to be too large. | While its with best intentions that a volentary contribution has been set up to pay the cost of school books as well as donation to the school maybe it should be looked at where some parents apply in the future. i think there are alot of parents who can actually aford to pay for both contribution and school books. this would provide extra mnoney to go into more facilities to benifit the school. What seems to be forgoten is that Banksia grove may have a homeswest house 1 in 10 houses but the other 9 houses would be middle to high income earners with a mortgage. | While there alot of children from bad or broken homes this is the same at any school, If it was actually worked out it would be the same as tapping or carramar primary's. Its not just up to teachers to teach children its also how much a parent is involved. | ||
