| At Donvale Primary School we are very proud of the caring, friendly environment that is our school. We also ensure that the learning process is supported by an active partnership between parents, students and teachers. Our school is situated in a safe and secure location with spacious grounds, large classrooms and excellent facilities. The school attracts students from a wide area because of its caring and friendly atmosphere. The teaching of literacy is a high priority at Donvale Primary School. The school has fully implemented the Victorian Early Years Literacy Program Prep - four and ensures that all students have their literacy needs met through the provision of small group instruction, programs tailored to meet individual needs and regular assessment. In early years five and six student skills and knowledge is closely monitored and learning needs are addressed in small group learning programs. We believe that given sufficient time and support, all children can succeed. We develop a caring and dynamic educational environment where all children are encouraged to aim for high but realistic literacy goals. | ||||

| Staff and the Principal are fantastic, very caring and they make an effort to know each individual child. Lots of space for the children to play and a very comprehensive curriculum. | Nothing bad. | Go there, speak to the Principal, teachers and students, you will feel a real sense of community and belonging. | ||

| Very friendly and welcoming environment. Great opportunities for children to pursue various interests whether sports, arts or academic. All very well supported. The children themselves are well presented and well mannered. The teacher demonstrate commitment in providing great support to help the kids do well. | Nothing out of the ordinary. | Great school for primary years to help kids develop into happy,confident and helpful young people. | ||

| Great staff who are very considerate and caring to all students Children are very coopeartive and kind to each other fantastic large school grounds which have 2 ovals and a huge amount of playing space.
