Westmead PS has an outstanding reputation in the community as a School of Excellence. Learning opportunities are provided for students within a stimulating and secure environment. The school provides a planned and comprehensive approach to continuously improving student learning outcomes. Students take responsibility for their learning, they are encouraged to progress in their learning by taking risks within supportive student-teacher relationships. The expansion of the school site has meant that the school is now enjoying a hall, new classrooms, Before and After School Care centre and computer room. Exciting and creative improvements are planned which mean that our children will have even better facilities in the future.
