| In 2000 the school saw new and improved facilities come into full operation. These included a Multipurpose Hall to support the Creative and Performing Arts, a Covered Outdoor Learning Area and Canteen, a Special Programs Area being used as a Computer Laboratory, a new Library and Staffroom. The Administration Area which dates from 1868 has been totally refurbished. A Special Purposes Room was provided from school funds and is used to support Reading Recovery and itinerant support for students with learning difficulties. Fixed equipment was provided by the school community to enhance the playground. The school is fully networked which allows all classrooms to access information electronically as well as enabling students to extend technology projects commenced in the Computer Laboratory. For three years the school has been part of the Disadvantaged Schools Program which has provided funding for an increased focus on literacy across the school. Very positive outcomes in literacy have been a feature of school programs. Students generally come from Ulladulla and towns further south, with over 300 students travel by bus. The school has an outstanding reputations for the quality of its teaching and learning programs. The school strives for a balanced curriculum across all Key Learning Areas. | ||||
