The Lagoon Public School is a small rural school 20km from Bathurst. The school environment in which the students of the Lagoon Public School participate and contribute to, is caring and supportive and aims to provide students with self confidence, a sense of pride and belonging, and self discipline. The K-6 nature of the school provides opportunities for students of different age groups to establish relationships and friendships with other students both older and younger. The school has a family atmosphere where students work together to enhance both academic and social skills. The physical presentation of the school grounds and classrooms reflect the pride that students and staff have in the school.
