Port Kembla Public School has strong ties with a wide and varied community. These ties have continued to develop throughout 2000 with the school opening at its fifth site - overlooking MM Beach and the Pacific Ocean. This move came about because of the reopening of the copper smelter with whom we shared boundaries. Our school motto "Pride in Performance" is the banner under which we are striving to develop school programs. Our school aims to provide a balanced curriculum involving academic, sporting, social and cultural elements. In the following pages we highlight our achievements for the year of which we are justly proud.
