| Great kindergarten literacy program, Jolly phonics. | Poor leadership, some passionate teachers who work independent to the system, but not a cohesive teaching team overall. Teachers are away often which disrupts classroom learning. could do better nurturing all children and could implement better policies to target those that need help and discipline. | potential to be great, need a passionate, driven, dedicated leader who has a vision for nuturing the love of learning in both boys and girls. | ||
