| Marsden Road Public School aims to provide opportunities for all its students to excel in a range of areas. All children are treated as individuals in a caring, secure environment. Our extensive playground areas allow for many educational activities to occur in an outdoor setting, and children are encouraged to participate in active play during lunch and recess by borrowing sports equipment. The school's culture focuses on the values of responsibility, happiness, honesty, tolerance, cooperation, respect for each other and individual worth. The school is one where teachers are given the opportunity to continually develop their expertise in teaching and learning. Marsden Road Public School Is a Comprehensive K - 6 school which aims to develop its students in becoming lifelong learners by guiding them in the context of society through recognisable stages of development towards: Perceptive Understanding, Mature Judgement, Responsible Self-Direction and Moral Autonomy. | the friendly staff and the awesome students the terrific principal new initiatives | old buildings circa 1960s little modern equipment P&C issues | Generally people feel welcome and at home here | ||

| the staff and community are certainly student orientated. always searching for new and better ways to benefit the students of this school | definately needs new carpets and AIR CONDITIONERS | great school all round, a wonderful place to send your children | ||

| Marsden Road is a school which puts the children first. The dedicated staff will always go the extra mile and they are always pleasant when approached. Some of the great things over the last few years include: film festival, carols, concert and the new library. | None I can think of. | I am extremely proud to have my children at Marsden Road. | ||

| Brand new excellent library. New hall and classroom upgrades in progress. Great news! | Older classroom facilities. | No fees at all. Just Voluntary Contribution which is not forced an anyone. | ||
