Located three km north of Penrith, Kingswood Park Public School, caters for approximately 220 students. The school participates in the disadvantaged schools program (DSP) based on socio-economic disadvantage in the community. The school's vision, "meeting the challenge together" emphasises the belief that education is a shared responsibility between the school and its community. This is evidenced by community representation on Management Committees, attendance at Parents and Citizens, Aboriginal Student Support and Awareness program committee (ASSPA) and Friends of Kingswood Park meetings, the continual use of our community room - Orana, the employment of a Community Liaison Officer and parent courses operating in "Orana".
