The school programs are endorsed by staff, parents and caregivers who support children to be "ready to achieve", the school motto. Hebersham Public School has large, established grassed playing areas which are maintained through a well developed grounds maintenance system. It is an attractive learning environment for children, staff, parents and caregivers. It is on the Disadvantaged Schools Program.
