| Gosford East P.S. is situated two kilometres from the C.B.D of Gosford in an established residential area. Our outstanding site is fully utilised by students for play, sport and environmental learning. Our school is known for its record of high achievement, of acceptance and tolerance. Our staff has a great empathy with the local community and works with parents to provide a safe, caring, environment where the school "culture" is conducive to ongoing improved learning outcomes for all students. A District Support Unit catering for students with physical needs and for students with a mild intellectual delay is a unique feature of our school. There are 35 students enrolled in three unit classes. Our challenge is always to lead the way in fostering an acceptance amongst all members in our community of difference. Gosford East Public School is creating its students' futures through learning. Our purpose is to teach students the skills, values and attitudes suited to Australian life today and to provide students with learning experiences which are suited to their stage of emotional, intellectual and physical development. | ||||

| Both my children have been or are still going to Gosford East public School, My daughter loved it when she went, the teachers are all excellent,I couldn't just name one thing that is good, because it would be to hard. my son is in a support class, and he has come such a long way since being in that class, that is because of the teachers, his aide, and support that he receives from them as well as from Mr Mcleod who is the principle. | There is nothing bad to write about GOsford East Public School. | It is a fantastic school, if you are moving or live on the Central coast, then i would recommend Gosford east public School for your childrens education. | ||
