The School services the small community of Falls Creek. The 113 students enjoy their schooling in an idyllic bush setting on a large site of four hectares. With a strong emphasis on all key learning areas, and most especially in the creative and practical arts, the children promote their talents and participate in a variety of learning experiences both in and out of school hours. Falls Creek aims to provide a broad and balanced curriculum through the learning centres. The children are able to enhance their intellectual, social, physical and emotional development and so realise their potential. The parent body supports the school in various ways. They visit the school and assist during class time with reading, sport, line dancing, public speaking, chess, school productions, library and preparation of equipment to help in the classrooms. The P&C runs the school canteen (that operates five days a week) and conduct numerous fundraisers during the year.
