| Dubbo Public School, the city's oldest, established in 1858, is situated on the periphery of the central business district and is accessed by twenty-four bus services. Dubbo Public School is committed to promoting excellence in a caring and supportive environment and is dedicated to providing quality education for all. The children at our school will continue to have the opportunity to develop as individuals to their fullest potential through effective teaching practices. Staff expect children to work to the best of their ability, behave in a courteous and considerate manner and gain an understanding of current values in our changing society. Parents and community members will continue to play an active role in our school, fostering positive links within our school community. Amalgamation of the Bultje and Darling sites took place in June 1999 and the school is now situated in Darling Street. Two brick classrooms have been built this year so that there is only one demountable on site. | ||||
