Established in 1961, on land first given to returned soldiers, Campbelltown East Public School (CEPS) is situated on the eastern side of the original Campbelltown village. CEPS is a moderately sized K-6 school. The school benefits greatly from its spacious, attractive and well cared for grounds, well maintained brick buildings and many outdoor learning areas. All classrooms are fully air conditioned, as is the library, office areas and activity rooms. CEPS promotes the philosphy that we are all life long learners, embracing the challenges of a constantly changing world. The school is committed to providing quality programs for its students, parents/carers and staff. The recognition of individual differences, the need to challenge and extend abilities and the valuing of self-esteem in each person, are fundamental principles around which the school operates.
