| Callala Public School is a newly established school with a committed and dedicated staff. It enjoys strong community support. The school shared the Culburra school site before relocating to the new site on August 22, 2000. The school priorities were established in 2000 and include an emphasis on literacy, numeracy and technology. Environmental education is a major priority, given the school's built in features and the natural bushland setting. The school is within close proximity to Jervis Bay National Park. | ||||

| School management capable and personable. P&C and School work well together. Good resources for academic achievment. Great library. Modern (new) teaching/classroom infrastructure. | None to-date. | We have one child attending, with others to enter school in 2009. We're happy with our first childs progress and wellbeing. Appear to have a developed G&T program. | ||

| New school (modern infrastructure). School appears to have an open-door policy, with personable management. All staff (office through to teaching) are approachable, helpful and accommodating. No apparaent lack of teaching resources. Facilities/resources for G&T children appear to be acceptable. Interfaces well with the community. A great library & librarian. | P&C meeting times not accommodating for working parent/s. | This is a top public school with a great principal and assistant prinicipal. A good balanced approach to academic and sporting aceivements. | ||
