Bankstown South Infants School is located 2km from Bankstown CBD, and is a centre for Early Childhood Education.

It caters for students Pre-School to Year 2, and has an Early Learning Support Class for students with special needs. Our school is 92% Non-English Speaking Background.

We have a strong student welfare program which promotes a love of learning and positive development of the whole child physially, academically and emotionally. The school has a strong Literacy program with an emphasis on language deelopment. All classrooms have a ratio of 1:5 computers and children are encouraged to use these as a tool in all Key Learning Areas.

Other programs at our shool are Reading Recovery, Count Me In Too, Developmental Play, Gymnasics, and Basketball.
