As a community centre we will strive to provide a dynamic learning environment focusing upon the social, emotional and physical development of each individual child. A firm commitment to continue partnerships between families, the broader community and the staff team aiming towards a center ethos of high standard education and the maintenance of a constant process of evaluation and improvement.

The kindergarten provides for the education and care of children 3-5+ years, using a curriculum that is planned from the South Australian Curriculum Standards and Accountability Framework (SACAF) document. Play is the central medium in which children learn. Children’s learning experiences are planned by staff or spontaneously generated by the children and extended by staff following children’s interests. Learning experiences are centered upon the needs and interests of each child as an individual. A quality inclusive program is provided and evaluation is monitored through staff discussion, parent information and staff observation.

Kindergarten Sessions
9.00am - 11.45am Monday to Thursday
12.15pm - 3.00pm Monday and Wednesday only.

Pre-entry sessions are on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1.00pm to 3.00pm. (If this time is unsuitable a 2 hour morning session may be available.) Please contact staff to make alternative arrangements.
Early morning care is available between 8.30am and 9.00am Monday to Thursday at a cost of $2.00 per half-hour or part there of.
