| Modern facilities, synthetic. Fees not too bad, but I guess you get what you pay for. One carer in my child's room that was caring and made an effort despite the bad management around her. | Atrocious communication - despite efforts & meeting with them to try and find a better way. Poor, irregular staffing. One day there was not one carer in my child's room that we knew! Child came home with a strange dummy one day. Staff regularly couldn't tell me what sleep child had had or on other days inconsistent message between what told and what written. Would leave instructions (as simple as regular sleep time) and often not followed ie 1 day it was even 1hr 15 min later and child wasn't in bed. No leadership to greet the child helping the parent get to work. Left everyone feeling crap, guilty, for the day. | Could not trust leaving my baby under 1 at this centre. Left the place and couldn't be happier - even took my 7 mth old to a new place. There are better options elsewhere. | ||
