| Location & facilities are nice but thats all. | Found staff dont care about children. ignored my crying child as witnessed by myself & my partner through tinted windows on 3 seperate occasions. Children seem to always be sick here. our new child care is 110% better. | Not recommened unless you want your child to go back wards. | ||||||||

| Playgroup is ok. | It is very structured. May be ok for some children. Child not looked after very well. Seen child crying numerous times and no one caring or paying any attention. Carers do not seem to interact with the children when there is outside play. Very expensive considering the way they cared for my child. Child always sick. Did not seem to be very hygienic. | would not want my child going there. make sure you constantly do spot checks if you take your child there. The worst thing is seeing your child unhappy and no one gives any attention. I would not recommend the centre to anyone. i wish i had asked around before i took my child there. I have heard so many bad reports since my child does not attend there anymore. | ||||||||

| fantastic support from staff when apprehensive about leaving my child due to separation anxiety, they had a wealth of knowledge and gave me some readings to help me through this and I truly appreciated this as no body had ever offered this kind of support. | The outside area needs a little attention | I am extremely happy with the centre and its staff. I would be happy to recommend this centre to anyone. The fees are high, but they offer alot | ||||||||

| staff take the time to talk to me about my childs day and often i recieve phone call during the day to let my know how my child is going. I really appreciate this as i am a firt time mum. Very clean and calming enviromnent | i have no problems with the centre, it is slightly expensive but you get what you pay for and my child is really happy. Learing more about the philosophy has helped me implement stratergies at home. | great centre, beautiful surroundings, outside area cold be a little bigger. | ||||||||

| The staff are always happy to answer any wuestions and to make me and my child feel welcome. The facilities and programs offered are amazing compared to other centres. | The cost is high, but it is worth it when you see your child happy and always engaged in what is on offer. | Great centre, staff, atmosphere is always welcoming and overall i wouldnt go anywhere else. They have set a very high standard. | ||||||||
