We run excellent Before, After, Holiday and Curriculum Day care programs which operate each day in our Tirana Street building.

The School Council has built a kitchen and has provided a number of improvements including air conditioning, new window coverings, carpet, and vinyl flooring, to ensure that the facilities and equipment are of the best possible standard, and meet regulation standards.

The program is managed by Quality Junior Programs.
Before School Care hours of operation are 7.30 a.m. until 8.35 a.m.
After School Care hours of operation are 3.15 p.m. until 6.30 p.m.
During the first month of school After School Care is available from the end of school for Prep. grade children, who have a shorter day.
Hours of operation on Holiday Program days are from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Hours of operation on Curriculum Days are from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Overall:

There are now dedicated areas for children to do homework which is good. The staff are young but quite switched on to the children.

During vacation care this OSHC does not provide lunches which the Unley OSCARS does. I find that I don't mind paying extra for this facility. Mitcham is a little more expensive than some others.

For me I would rather less focus on the TV, Playstation and Wii for the children. I know they love it and their preference is to use it but I would like to see more outside football, t-ball time etc for the boys in particular.

Overall:

Fantastic brand new facilities. Things for children of all ages to do. Afternoon tea is very nutritious

Isolated from the rest of th school. No internal toilets

Large centre, really nice staff
