We are situated on the tranquil grounds of the Kapunda hospital. We are licensed for 50 children aged birth to five. We are open from 6.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
- We provide full day and half-day sessions.
- We provide a service that takes children to the local kindergarten when requested by parents.
- We have strong links with the Kapunda Hospital and have a shared objective in which we aim to provide an integrated early childhood services program for the Kapunda Community that acts as a one stop shop for a range of early childhood services.
- We have a cook that prepares nutritious and varied food for children. The menu is developed to ensure it provides around half of children's daily nutrition requirements whilst in child care.
- We have a fantastic outdoor environment that enhances children's learning and development.
- We have a strong Community Focus and provide children with opportunities to engage in regular excursions to local shops, businesses, parks and the Kapunda Aged Care facility.
- We publish a monthly newsletter to provide up to date information about the centre and relevant information for our families
- The Centre is registered with the National Childcare Accreditation Council to participate in the quality improvement and Accreditation system. The Centre is due to be validated in April 2008.
- The Centre is staffed with dedicated & experienced Child Care Professionals.
