| City West Child Care Centre is a 96 place Centre, jointly managed by the University of South Australia (UniSA) and the Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE), as a service to the students, staff and the wider community. The centre is licensed by DETE and it offers full-time, part-time, casual and hourly care for children from six weeks to five years. The centre also provides out of school care and vocational care programs for children aged from 5 to 12 years. The mission statement of City West Child Cares is "To provide a secure, active, ongoing learning environment for children which values and encourages education through play and diversity. To provide optimum support services to assist parents to balance their study/work and family commitments". Your child's learning and development is our greatest incentive to strive for caring excellence. | Internal courtyard for play area so no visible access to children from street Staff are excellent Multicultual | Large babies area so little babies in with children up to 2. | Excellent facility. Low staff turnover of carers so must be good environment | ||

| the centre is fabulous. there is great attention to detail. every child is looked at individually. the programs are tailored to the needs of the children. the staff are so polite and friendly. the cooking is so culturally diverse. the whole centre is culturally diverse. | 1- its in the city, 2- its a big centre, lots of children. but they do have excellent supervision so i dont worry there. | ive looked around and its the best ive came across. i feel safe knowing that my little girl is in the best of hands. makes going back to work just that bit easier. | ||
