Overall:

Close to home, new facility

they cut our 11month old daughter's hair without our permission and didn't tell us about it! We wanted her hair to grow long and beautiful and they took this away from us!

How can we trust them with our baby? What else are they doing to our daughter without our permission or knowledge.
