| ComWiz Computers is a dynamic company started in 1994 to initially service clients with custom made software. As time went on we developed several niche’s that really put us on the map. These included specialised engineering applications for the hydraulic industry and later a Pawnbroking/2nd hand dealer system. These key areas were refined over time to service many outlets. For example we have over 100 stores using our Point of Sales system that services the Pawnbroking industry. In 2004 we went international with this software after international stores had trialled our program. Along the way we were drawn into providing our customer base with hardware to fit-out the software purchased, so in 2004, we opened our first ComWiz retail store. We have a professional team assisting in software development, network administrators, desktop graphics, onsite consultants, repairers and marketing. We at ComWiz are always looking to diversify with changing trends in the Information Technology arena and stand true to our motto that; “We don’t just sell systems, we provide solutions”. | ||||

| The guys in the shop were pretty friendly and know their stuff. They also answer the phone quickly and are interested in assisting you. Prices are excellent too. | Nothing really bad to note ... the only thing I can think of is they're closed on Saturdays (but open every other day of the week) | A great place to get your computer stuff from. Just remember to check their website first to get the price of the item you want to buy because its usually a lot cheaper than their shop price. | ||

| Good thing....I won't be going to Comwiz again! | Arrogant and very rude Manager and incompetent technician. | Aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a PC from there and asked for a callout tech to come and set up and install all my programs. I was specific about which programs I needed installed. The Tech they sent didn't know how to install two of the programs and had to call his manager to give him instructions over the phone on how to install one of them and left me to finish installing the other. I was quoted an hour for a call out and he was here for three!! And they had the nerve to charge me an extra hour for call out. When I complained about another program that was not install correctly, I faced with an arrogant Manager to lied about their warranty terms and then hung up on me! | ||
