| Competitive price but you wonder if it is worth it with the rude attitude that you receive. | Customer service is appalling. They treat you like a begger begging for a cheap price. Attitude is rude. Makes you feel like a sucker. Have to pay surcharge when using credit card. (I think this is illegal, will check with ACCC) If purchased item does not work on your system but works on their's, you got charge $15. No such thing as goodwill. Stresses you out when you bring things back. | Looks grand and good, but devoid of substance. Everything is $$$$$ | ||

| Cheap Prices | Don't care attitude. | They need to give more attention to their customers. The customers are the ones, after all that keep them in business ? They openly admit they only provide cheap prices, and don't have staff to provide customer service. | ||

| Review of Computers & Parts Land Nottinghill I have never reviewed any company like this before in writing but I am sure that I am going to seek out every website that offers clients who have been treated badly by a company, in this case CPL or Computers & Parts Land Nottinghill Melbourne. I am as of today an EXTREMELY unhappy client. I am a client who has purchased four PC boxes, a laptop and other bits and pieces during the last 12 months. They lost me today with their total non caring of me as a client. If I ran my business with total disregard for my clients I would have no business. | Management, not staff refused to exchange or refund for an external hard drive purchased from them mid last week. I called next day to say item was wrong and I would return and they said OK. I visit there today and a male staff member behind the counter accepts error and offers me exchange for another external drive although it will cost me an extra $10.00. That’s ok, then this staff members decides he should speak to the female manager who is extremely rude and says no to exchange. I show my disappointment verbally to her saying I am client, does she care about how she treats clients, no interest. After continually requesting her name then to write it down for me she passes a blank CPL business card, I request her manager or owner and she says she is it. She says her name is Flora, I request her surname and she is reluctant to supply, again I ask her to write it down for me and she refuses. Finally she supplies her surname Zhang and refuses any sort of item exchange or refund other than offering total arrogance and with a smirk on her face. Somebody needs to sit down with this girl and address her failures as a manager …. The customer is always treated fairly and with respect, not here, not at Computer s and Parts Land Nottinghill. | It seems that this company CPL should look at how they treat their customers. They are rude, uncaring, should look at their trading policies as customers are treated with contempt and made to feel second class. I am now an ex-client who will never walk in their door again, spread the word about their contempt to customer’s service and rubbish this company for their overall attitude. If I was management of this company and she showed this attitude towards my clients she would be out the door in a flash or maybe all management thinks this way. Leonard 18/05/2009 | ||

| Used to be the cheapest, but now they're often not | Service, after sales service, won't adhere to Australian consumer law, even when directed to by a court, impossible to get a refund out of them for a non-working product, that's been repaired twice and still doesn't work. | Don't touch them unless you want to get ripped off. | ||

| Great products range, great prices | No bad experiences yet. However I Brought a HP Pavilion DV7-6107TX from CPL west melournrne yesterday, less then a day later its dead. Cant wait to see how today goes | Well Done HP. I love the smell of blown notebooks in the morning | ||
