| they will come out and see you if you have any problems, but often they are late for montly servicing. | the office lady is unorganised and blames everyone else for her own incompetance. She is always late with invoices and sounds very patronising on the phone. It takes ages for them to sort out the real problems with the a/c and a long time to get it fixed. | what do you do when you have a contract with them, you have to use them, will not be wanting to renew contract with them in future. The office lady is always late invoicing us, we are expected to pay them on time, why can't they give us the same benefit and send out the invoices on time? | ||
